Payment Methods

We accept VISA, Master Card, Along Came A Spider gift certificates and personal checks. Personal checks will not be processed until funds are verified.

Returns & Exchanges

Should you need to return an item to Along Came A Spider, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. You may return unused items in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or refund (Applies to items ordered online only). Used items and personalized items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
